Shipping policy

We offer 14 day exchanges or a store credit (excluding postage fees) on all orders should you change your mind. Store credits are valid for a 12 month period. Please note: we do not issue refunds for change of mind.

Zaze Zaze Jewellery purchased through a Zaze Zaze stockist must be returned to the original point of purchase.

Please note: We do not accept returns when items have been worn or damaged after purchase, nor do we accept returns on customised or bespoke items.

In the event of a faulty item please email through to info@zazezaze.shop with the following details:

Your order #
Your full name and address
Photographic evidence of the fault along with a brief description

On assessment a full refund will be issued. Please note: Zaze Zaze Jewellery is designed to have a distressed, worn look. The jewellery will naturally age, meaning the colour may brighten over time.
