Shipping and Returns

At Zaze Zaze we take pride in providing you with sculptural, statement jewellery made with authenticity and love.

We offer 14 day exchanges, refunds or a store credit (excluding postage fees) on all orders should you change your mind. Store credits are valid for a 12 month period.

Zaze Zaze jewellery purchased through a Zaze Zaze stockist must be returned to the original point of purchase.

Please note: We do not accept returns when items have been worn or damaged after purchase, nor do we accept returns on customised or bespoke items.

On assessment a full refund will be issued. Please note: Zaze Zaze Jewellery is designed to have a distressed, worn look. The jewellery will naturally age, meaning the colour may brighten over time.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Payment:

_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits.
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
